Illuminating Success

Amaxima are pleased to announce their formal involvement in the Business Development program for Savenergi. The contract will allow Amaxima to take the Savenergi solutions to agreed market sectors within the UK.

Challenging Playgrounds

Amaxima have been working closely during 2010 with Stockport based Playground Manufacturer Massey & Harris Engineering Limited to produce a 3 Year Business Plan. The company decided to look to the future and plan for growth in light of substantial investments in new product developments and major contract wins.

The project has included working with the owners to find suitable new premises, cash-flow management, financing the increased production capacity, investing in new capital equipment, updating and extending the sales & marketing information including a new website and recruiting new staff to be able to meet the growing demands of the UK Outdoor Playground Market.

Pro Coach Cricket Academy ... Capturing New Sales

It has been a busy year so far for PCCA with the number and range of courses growing across the UK. Amaxima worked with Molson Coors on the development of the Red Shield brand from May to September 2009.

The contract was tailored to meet the exact market research requirements for the client. This included a weekly project status report for the Brand Marketing Manager.

The primary aim was to establish the Red Shield brand with selected outlets that offer a wide range of Real Ales and were in the target Midlands locations.

Project Overview

Amaxima provided a Sales and Marketing service to assist with the selling, delivery, market research and general promotion of William Worthington’s Cask Ales.

The 20 week project was closely monitored in terms of how Landlords and their customers perceived the new Red Shield product, and this information was fed back to the Head Brewer and Marketing team to help future planning.

The service was flexible and allowed Molson Coors to review progress on a regular basis and agree new priorities as the process evolves.

Amaxima Achieves New Accreditation Success

Amaxima were awarded the full East Midlands Brokerage Quality Assured standard in April 2009 after receiving successful feedback from existing clients and meeting all the success criteria required. Full details are available at www.embrokerage.co.uk

This now places Amaxima on the East Midlands Service Register and on the radar of publicly-funded business support organisations such as Business Link, the Learning and Skills Council, and UK Trade and Investment as they try to find the right supplier to meet the needs of their customers.
